Beaming Cleaning – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the provision of cleaning services by Beaming Cleaning. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided - Beaming Cleaning offers domestic and/or commercial cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. All services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.

2. Bookings - Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or decline bookings at our discretion.

3. Access to Property - Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the agreed appointment time. Failure to provide access may result in the full service fee being charged.

4. Payment Terms - Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

5. Cancellations - Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged at 100% of the service fee.

6. Health & Safety - We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a service if the environment is deemed unsafe or poses a risk to our staff.

7. Liability - While every effort is made to deliver a high standard of service, Beaming Cleaning cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Changes to Terms - Beaming Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website.
